Refunds

To decrease the chances of returns, I am happy to answer any queries you may have about my artworks for sale, before orders are placed. I make every effort to ensure my products are accurately represented on my online shop, however due to the nature of these handmade artworks, there may be differences between editions in the paper used and the colours of individual artworks.

Artworks that have not been commissioned can be returned in their original and saleable condition along with all original packaging and any paperwork including the any certificates of authenticity, within 14 calendar days of receipt of the artwork. Unless the artwork is faulty, the buyer will be financially responsible for returning the artwork, undamaged and in original packaging, using an appropriate and adequately insured postal service.

Returns Process

If you would like to return an order, please email me with details of the order along with your reason for the return. I will contact you at my earliest opportunity and I will email you a printable returns label and instructions.  Following safe return of the artwork, I will issue a refund excluding original postage costs to the same method used for the original payment.

Commissioned artwork

I am unable to accept returns on commissioned or bespoke artworks.

I make every possible effort to ensure customers are happy with the supplied artwork but in the unlikely event that you are not happy with any product from me, please send me your complaint by email in order to allow me to resolve any issues to your full satisfaction.

Please do not use on-line feedback systems to make complaints. It would be unfair to leave a potentially negative feedback comment without allowing me the opportunity to resolve any issues first. I will always work to resolve any issues or problems as quickly as possible.
