Shipping

I usually aim to dispatch orders within 7 working days, however I am currently posting orders once a week. Although I will make every effort to ensure your order is sent to you within my specified time frame, please be advised that orders may take a few days longer to post. Should I need extra time to fulfil an order I will of course contact you as soon as possible. If you have any queries then please feel free to contact me.

Hygiene Protocols

I have taken a number of measures to minimize the risk of Covid-19 to myself and my customers:

Hand washing

I frequently wash my hands during the creation and packaging of my artworks to help prevent contamination of my products.

Quarantining

I quarantine any new materials, packaging or paper that I use for at least 72 hours before using them in my artworks.

Parcel handling

Although entirely your choice, I would recommend quarantining any orders you receive from me for at least 72 hours as I have no control over the hygiene of the parcels once I have posted them. Whenever you open a parcel, minimize contact with the outside of the parcel and always thoroughly wash your hands after opening and dispose of any outer packaging.
